Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

At this time, our small operation makes items as they are ordered so we cannot accept returns. We will honor exchanges product is defective.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To request an exchange, we require a proof of purchase and an photo of the reason for the exchange. Ship the defective product back to the return address on packaging and our shipment center will complete the exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
No refunds. All Sales Final. Exchange only in extreme cases (deformity in product or incorrect item shipped).

Add your Order Number in the subject line for a faster response.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at illyboutique@yahoo.com add your Order Number in the subject line

Shipping
To return your product, send us an email to illyboutique@yahoo.com with reason for the exchange and Order Number in the subject. The address will be listed on the package you receive. We worked numerous vendors in the US to help insure faster delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if we aren't able to track the package.

Processing time can take 5-7 business days once an item has been returned for exchange. We will make you a brand new one and ship it back for free. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your purchase as we would like you to continue to come back and see what fancy designs we are coming out with in the future.
